The TTX in Security By Design concept explored physical solutions
for tourist operators through scenario-based case studies.
Critical Incidents Observatory presented the progress of the Global Terrorist Attacks Database and formed a threat registry for the project’s next steps.
Moreover, the (VA Workshop) was a platform where the Hector-Project and its partners focused on collaborative approaches to safeguard soft targets. Representatives from SPIRIT EU, PRoSPeReS, and HOTHREAT – Tailored CBRNe protection measures for hotels and conference centers. also participated, presenting their project scopes and contexts. These collaborations underscored the importance of a united approach to enhance security in European soft targets, making the audience feel part of a larger security community.
These efforts highlight the significance of multi-stakeholder collaboration in identifying and mitigating security risks in popular tourist destinations.
