“Participatory scenario-building” was the topic of the international pilot event, held in Bologna on 14th of May
The project partners of „FOSTER – Future Oriented Solutions towards environmental resilience”, with the participation of UBBSLA, met in Bologna with local active leaders, environmental organizations, youth formations, etc., to discuss the active citizenship in scenarios for development of the communities. The methodology for elaboration of local development plans was presented in line with the impact of climate change. The theoretical part was drilled by exercises, during which the participants shared local issues. The international workshop continued with a technical meeting of the partners who discussed the forthcoming activities and events.
It is foreseen a training activity to be implemented in each partner country to apply the methodology and development of participatory scenarios for local development.
„FOSTER – Future Oriented Solutions towards environmental resilience” is a collaboration project of civic organizations from France, Belgium, Italy, Bulgaria /represented by the Union of Bulgarian Black Sea Local Authorities”, Spain, Greece, Germany, Romania and Austria with the European Association of Local Development agencies being the lead and funded by the EU CERV Programme.
